- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Intimate apparel, including underwear and swimwear
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Authorization: Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and detailed return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the return authorization number, and ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your return.
3. Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Direct exchanges are not available.
